Can someone visit me to discuss my order?
Yes. A member of our team can come and see you at a time that is suitable. Please call to make an appointment.
When are you open?
Our office hours are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:30. We are closed weekends and national holidays.
How long is a quote valid?
Quotes are valid for 30 days, subject to paper price increases (terms and conditions apply). Request a quote click here.
Can you design our corporate image?
Yes, either with your initial ideas and input or just leave it to us.
Will I receive a proof?
Yes, you will automatically be sent a faxed/posted/emailed proof (please indicate which method preferred, which must be returned approved and signed by yourself before we proceed. Please note: this does not apply to repeat orders). We will send one proof free of charge, to which you can make author's corrections, any further proofs which require author's corrections will be chargeable.
Can I see a colour proof?
We can supply a computer generated colour proof to show colour separations to give a visual. These colours are not true pantones and do not represent a final “off the press” product.

How should I supply artwork?
We can accept artwork in a number of different formats, click here for more information.
Do you charge for artwork?
Jobs are costed on a time spent basis, obviously this will vary according to product. Please call for more details.
Do you deliver and what are your charges?
Yes we deliver free of charge to the Hull and surrounding area. Our delivery days are Tuesday and Thursday.
If however this is not suitable for you please make our sales team aware of this at time of order to make alternative arrangements. Please note: Unless a specific date for delivery is stated, once your order is complete it will be despatched with/on the next available driver/day.
For customers outside the region, we will use a carrier. Please call for more details.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, please advise us that you would like to pick up your order and we will ring you as soon as it is ready.
How long will my order take to be printed?
As all of our customers products are very different, the time it take to complete a job varies. Most orders are produced in 5 working days, after approval of proof. Once we have all the relevant details, we can give a more accurate timescale.
